RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within the first 15 minutes after the order is created, without giving any reason, in the distance contracts he will make with the Seller.
The Buyer must direct his right of withdrawal to the Seller. The Buyer may exercise this right within the period and in writing to the Seller's public address, via e-mail or fax.
After the order is canceled by the BUYER, the relevant payment is returned to the BUYER with all costs within 4 working days.
In cases where the right of withdrawal is used in accordance with the law, the Buyer will prefer the contracted carrier notified to him by the Seller while performing the return process.
The Seller may not charge the Buyer for return costs under any name, even in cases where no shipping company information is presented to the Buyer for the return, or where there is no branch of the said carrier at the address.
Buyer, Distance Contracts Regulation art. He has accepted that he cannot use his right of withdrawal in accordance with 15/1 in the following cases:
a) Goods or services whose price changes depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or the supplier,
b) Goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer,
c) Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass,
ç) From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene,
d) Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
e) If the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after the delivery of the goods, the books, digital content and computer consumables presented in the material environment,
f) Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under the subscription agreement,
g) Services related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and leisure time for entertainment or rest, which must be done on a certain date or period,
ğ) Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer,
h) Services started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the expiry of the right of withdrawal,
ı) The product purchased within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement is contaminated, crushed, used, the labels are torn off, scratched, wet or damaged in any way,
i) The packaging or box of the product purchased within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement is dirty, crushed, wrinkled, corroded, scratched, wet, has a tape or label attached to it, or is damaged in any way.
Consumers can make their complaints and objections to the arbitral tribunal or the consumer court, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry in December every year, for consumer problems in the place where the consumer buys the goods and services or where the residence is located.
The information specified in this Preliminary Information Form is provided for commercial purposes in accordance with the distance communication tools used and within the framework of good faith principles, in a way to protect minors and adults who lack the power of discrimination or who are limited.
This preliminary information form is an integral part of any information/advertisement/explanation offered by the Seller regarding its products or services on the site, and is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement made between the Buyer and the Seller. The Buyer accepts that he/she must direct all kinds of requests to the Seller within the scope of consumer legislation due to this preliminary information form and the information regarding the product or service in the Distance Sales Contract to be concluded with the Seller.
After this Preliminary Information Form is read and accepted by the Buyer in electronic environment, the stage of establishing a Distance Sales Contract will be started.
